Couldnt agree more and i love this so much and that person who kind enough to put it on board to make every read it ( i dont why but i really sure it must one of the high management or maybe the bos itself put it on the wall, what a thoughtful bos they got)..

p/s I thought this can be one of my new resolution for 2012 which i still havent start
